Leading Latina, Inc. has chosen to reinvest a portion of its money into the local community by establishing the Leading Latina Scholarship. Active senior high school students in Lee and Collier County High Schools can apply for the scholarship during its application period.
The Scholarship Committee is in charge of recommending award amounts and establishing the criteria for winners. The Leading Latina Scholarship is awarded based on criteria that is consistent with the organization's mission.

Applications are open through February 24, 2023 at 5:00 p.m
This scholarship is available for first-time-in-college or technical school students who are eligible for DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals). Students must demonstrate significant financial need, have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
Scholarship applicants may choose one of the essay prompts below for submission:
This scholarship is open to Lee County High school seniors heading to post-secondary education in the Fall of 2023 or Spring of 2024. Students attending college or technical/vocational programs will receive a $1,000 scholarship.
